Blog #1: Going Global

The students who sit in our classrooms today will inevitably work with--and compete against--a global network of peers. Preparing them now through work with global audiences and collaboration is integral to their success later on.

Students at EHS have impressed me this month by blogging with students from Bogota, Colombia and sending videos they created to collaborators in Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah, Saudia Arabia, who then offered feedback on our class blog, www.macyworldlit.blogspot.com.

This first blog entry, however, is dedicated to the exciting work created by students in our results-oriented workplace. Jake and Ethan stole the show, as you'll see at the bottom of the home page at www.drivenlearningandteaching.com.
